FAQ'S

Pinstripe Pride 2027 Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about arrival, will call, event tickets, mail order authentication, and policies.

1. Before You Arrive

Do I need general admission?

Yes. A general admission ticket is required for entry into the expo center each day and is necessary to access both the card show floor and the signing area.

When should I arrive?

We strongly recommend arriving at least 2 hours before your first scheduled autograph guest. This allows plenty of time for traffic, parking, and any lines at our will call or sales tables.

Arriving early also gives you extra time to walk the show floor without feeling rushed before your ticket numbers are called.

What does the posted guest time mean?

The posted appearance time is when the guest's photo op session begins. Photo ops almost always take place first, with the autograph session beginning immediately after the photo op session concludes.

  • For example, if a guest is scheduled for 2:00 PM, photo ops begin at 2:00 PM. The autograph session will begin after the photo op session is complete.

Can I leave the expo center and re-enter?

Yes. Your daily admission and early entry wristbands provide full in-and-out privileges for the entire day.

Please keep your wristband on and intact. Damaged, removed, or altered wristbands will not be honored for re -entry.

What happens if a guest is late or cancels?

While we have a strong track record of on time appearances, travel delays, traffic, and unexpected cancellations can happen.

If a guest cancels or a schedule change is made prior to the event, affected ticket holders who are subscribed to our email list will receive an immediate notification. We will also post updates on our website and social media channels.

For real-time, day-of cancellations or schedule changes, we will make continuous announcements throughout the day and update our website and social media channels as quickly as possible.

Guest cancellations and schedule changes will be handled according to our refund policy.

2. Tickets & Will Call

Where can I buy my tickets?

Tickets will be available for purchase online in advance or in person at the ticket sales booth.

Advance tickets are highly recommended, as all tickets are subject to selling out.

Will tickets sell out?

It is possible for an individual autograph guest's tickets to sell out.

If a guest is approaching a sellout, we will send a "last call" email and update our social media channels and website.

If your online order is successfully confirmed, your tickets are secured.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Shop Pay installments, digital gift certificates,

Please note that standard credit card processing/service fee of 3.5% will be applied to card transactions both online and onsite.

How will I receive my tickets?

No tickets will be mailed, emailed, or sent digitally.

All advance tickets will be available for pickup at the will call table. Please bring a valid photo ID matching the name on the order to pick up your envelope.

Can someone else pick up my tickets?

Yes. If you cannot attend or you have purchased tickets for someone else, you must contact us prior to the show to designate an alternate pickup person.

Please email us directly from the address associated with your purchase and include:

  • Your order number(s)

  • The full legal name of the designated person, exactly as it appears on their driver's license or other valid photo ID

The designated person must present their own valid photo ID matching the name you provided at the will call desk to claim the envelope.

Am I guaranteed my photo op and/or autograph session?

Yes. If your order is confirmed, your autograph or photo op is reserved for you, provided you arrive in time for the applicable photo op or autograph session.

Guests will sign until completion, and we will make multiple "Last Call" announcements over the PA at the end of the session.

Can I buy additional tickets?

Yes! You can make as many separate orders as you like before online ticket sales close or purchase additional tickets in-person.

All online orders will be placed together and can be picked up together at the will call table.

I lost my tickets, can I get a replacement?

No. Physical tickets are treated the same as cash.

Once tickets are claimed from will call or purchased at our ticket sales booth, we cannot reprint or replace lost, misplaced, or stolen tickets. Please keep your envelope and tickets secure at all times during the
event.

3. Autograph Tickets & Items

Does my ticket include an item?

No. When purchasing an autograph ticket, you are purchasing the signature only. You must provide the item to be signed.

You are welcome to bring an item from home or purchase items from our merchandise booth or one of our show exhibitors.

Please make sure you purchase the correct ticket category for each item you plan to have signed. Different guests may have different menus and item restrictions. Always check each guest's individual page for their exact guidelines before ordering. These guidelines can be found under Details on each guest's page.

How many signatures can I get?

Each autograph ticket is valid for one (1) signature on one (1) item.

Unless a specific limit is noted on an autograph guest's individual page, you may purchase as many autograph tickets as you like. You must purchase an autograph ticket for each individual signature you want.

For example:

  • 1 ticket = 1 autograph

  • 10 tickets = 10 autographs

Please make sure you purchase the correct ticket category for each item you plan to have signed. Different guests may have different menus and item restrictions. Always check each guest's individual page for their exact guidelines before ordering. These guidelines can be found under Details on each guest's page.

What is the difference between ticket categories?

Each guest has their own specific menu tiers and item definitions. For example, one guest's "Flat" category may cover items up to and including 16" x 20", while another guest's "Flat" category may only include items up to 11" x 14".

Similarly, one guest's "Flat" category may include trading cards, while another guest may have a dedicated trading card category or a premium category for rookie cards.

Generally speaking, our categories are broken down as follows:

  • Flat up to 16" x 20" or Ball / Puck / Mini Helmet: Covers flat items measuring 16" x 20" or smaller, including cards, photos, magazines, books, small posters, pennants, and Funko Pops!, as well as baseballs, hockey pucks, and mini helmets unless otherwise noted.

  • Any Other Item: Covers flats larger than 16" x 20", full-size helmets, jerseys, equipment, bats, basketballs, footballs, original artwork, or any item not included above.

Please make sure you purchase the correct ticket category for each item you plan to have signed. Different guests may have different menus and item restrictions. Always check each guest's individual page for their exact guidelines before ordering. These guidelines can be found under Details on each guest's page.

What is an Inscription Ticket?

An inscription ticket is an add on to an autograph guest's signature. Each inscription ticket is valid for one (1) inscription.

  • An inscription can be a personalization, quote, phrase, character name, statistic, or career achievement. Generally, each ticket covers one achievement or up to 3 words. Examples include: "To John," "HOF 2005," "3x WS Champ," or "Let's Go Yankees!"

  • Extended career statistics, lengthy quotes, or multiple separate achievements may require multiple inscription tickets.

  • Autograph guests will not add inscriptions to items previously signed by themselves at a prior event.

  • You may purchase as many inscription tickets as you would like for your item unless an inscription limit is noted on the individual guest's page.

Our guests reserve the right to decline signing any specific inscription at their discretion.

Any known inscription restrictions will be listed under Details on each guest's individual page.

If a guest declines to sign a specific inscription, a refund for that specific inscription ticket will be provided. If you are uncertain about an inscription, please don't hesitate to ask.

What items will guests sign?

While nearly all standard memorabilia items are acceptable, our guests reserve the right to decline signing any specific item at their discretion.

Any known item restrictions will be listed under Details on each guest's individual page.

If a guest declines to sign an item, a refund for that specific autograph ticket will be provided. If you are uncertain about an item, please don't hesitate to ask.

How should I prepare my items?

Please remove all items from protective sleeves, top loaders, plastic cases, or any other packaging before reaching the signing table.

We recommend tagging your item with sticky notes indicating your preferred signature and inscription placement.

Having your item unboxed, prepped, and tagged helps the guest sign your piece accurately and keeps the line moving smoothly.

Will you have pens and markers available?

Yes. We supply standard pens, black and blue Sharpies, silver, gold, and white paint pens, blue ballpoint pens, and other common signing supplies at every signing table.

However, if you have a specific brand, tip, size, or color that you prefer, we recommend bringing your own.

Can I take a pictures?

Yes. You are welcome to take candid photos from the front of the signing table while the guest is signing your item.

However, photo op tickets are required for any posed photography with the guest.

4. Photo Ops

What is a photo op?

A photo op is an opportunity to meet a guest and have a posed photograph taken with them.

Does a photo op include an autograph?

No. photo ops are strictly for posed pictures and are a separate experience from autographs.

Autographs are not permitted during photo op sessions. If you would like an item to be signed, an autograph ticket must be purchased separately, and the signature must be obtained at the guest's autograph table.

How many people can be in our photo op?

Up to five (5) individuals may be included in a single photo op making it easy to pose with family or friends under one ticket.

For larger families, groups, or team photos exceeding five people, additional photo op tickets must be purchased.

Does anything come with my photo op?

Yes. For photo ops taken in our photo booth, your ticket includes one (1) 8" x 10" print produced on-site shortly after your photo is taken.

Are digital files available?

Yes. Digital copies, extra prints, and digital download packages are available for purchase directly from the photo booth.

5. Schedules, Lines & VIP Fast Pass

How long do guests appear?

Guests will appear until completion. Most guests sign for approximately 20 to 60 minutes after their photo op session, although signing sessions may be shorter or longer depending on volume and other circumstances.

Please listen carefully to announcements, which will keep you updated on progress and "Last Calls".

How does the VIP Fast Pass work?

VIP Fast Pass holders are called first and may enter the autograph lines at any time, regardless of ticket number, even if our standard number grouping has already begun calling.

VIP Fast Pass holders also have a dedicated entrance to the autograph lines for faster and easier access to our autograph guests.

Example: You have autograph ticket #200. If you have a VIP Fast Pass, you do not need to wait until ticket #200 is called. You may enter the line when you are ready.

If you arrive late and we are currently calling tickets 1–30, a VIP Fast Pass holder can still enter the queue.

I purchased a VIP Fast Pass. Do I need to purchase any additional tickets?

Yes. The VIP Fast Pass is an add on and does not include early entry, general admission, autograph, or photo op tickets.

Separate admission, autograph, and photo op tickets are required.

2 or more guest have the same start time, will I be able to meet everyone?

Yes! Overlapping times happen often and are very manageable.

All of our tickets are numbered. Rather than waiting in a single line, you will listen for your ticket number range to be called over the PA for each guest.

This allows you to effectively "wait" in multiple lines at once without having to choose one specific line.

I have multiple guests with similar start times, and ticket numbers. Will this be a problem?

No. All of our guests sign at different paces, so even if your guests start at the same time and your ticket numbers are similar, it is very unlikely that your ticket groups will be called simultaneously.

If your groups are called at the same time, your ticket remains valid. Complete your first signing, exit the signing area, and then re-enter for your next guest.

If you are concerned about a time crunch between two lines, please notify a staff member in the signing area. They will help you if a problem arises.

Many fans successfully meet every guest on their schedule in a single day.

Can a family member or friend walk through the autograph line with me?

Yes. Immediate family members, especially parents accompanying minors or individuals requiring physical assistance, may walk through the line together.

However, only individuals with autograph tickets may present items to the guest to be signed.

Are accommodations available for attendees with disabilities or mobility impairments?

Yes. If you or someone in your party has mobility restrictions or cannot stand in physical queues for extended periods, please notify a staff member. We will assist you accordingly.

I missed Last Call for my guest. What should I do?

If you miss "Last Call" and your guest has already left their signing table, locate a staff member immediately.

They will check to see whether the guest is still in the building and available. If the guest is available, you will be escorted to meet them and fulfill your autograph or photo op.

6. Authentication

Will there be authentication services on-site?

Yes. JSA will be on site providing authentication services for items signed by our autograph guests during the show.

JSA will also have a booth on the show floor accepting submissions of outside autographed items.

Is authentication included?

No. Autograph tickets only cover the cost of the signature.

Authentication is an optional third-party service provided on-site by JSA. There is a separate fee per signature, which is paid directly to JSA at the event.

7. Mail Order Submissions

I am not attending the show in person, but I want an item signed. Can I purchase an autograph ticket on your website?

No. Autograph tickets purchased on our website are for in-person attendees who will pick up their tickets at Will Call and receive their signatures at the show.

If you cannot attend in-person, all submissions must be placed through one of our mail order providers.

I already purchased tickets, but I am no longer able to attend, can my tickets be converted to mail order?

Yes.  If something unexpected prevents you from attending, please contact us immediately. While tickets cannot be refunded, we will do our best to accommodate you by converting your tickets to our mail-order/drop-off service or allowing you to designate an alternate person to pick up your envelope at will call.

How do mail-in orders work if I cannot attend the show?

Each of our mail-order providers has different policies, procedures, and submission deadlines for sending in items. Please contact them directly with any specific questions you may have.

If you do not have a preferred mail-order provider, we suggest reaching out to Mail Order Mike Autographs. You will coordinate your item submission, guest selection, signature instructions, and return postage directly through their service:

8. Refunds & Cancellations

What is the refund policy?

All ticket sales are final. Because tickets reserve limited guest inventory, tickets are strictly non-refundable except in the event of a guest cancellation.

Event dates, times, and locations are subject to change.

  • Guest Cancellations: If an autograph guest cancels their appearance, an automatic refund, including any associated fees, will be issued to your original payment method within five (5) business days following the scheduled event. This covers all autograph, photo op, and inscription tickets directly associated with that guest. No action is required on your part. Processing times may vary by financial institution.

  • Schedule Adjustments: Occasionally, appearance dates and times may change due to travel, weather, or professional commitments. Schedule adjustments do not qualify for refunds.

  • Inability to Attend: If something unexpected prevents you from attending, please contact us immediately. While tickets cannot be refunded, we will do our best to accommodate you by converting your tickets to our mail order/drop-off service or allowing you to designate an alternate person to pick up your envelope at will call.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
