Important information about ticket purchases, cancellations, schedule changes and attending Hall of Fame Signings events.
PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING
Because tickets reserve limited event and guest inventory, purchases are non-refundable except in the event of an applicable guest cancellation as described below.
Tickets are valid only for the event, date, guest or experience specified at the time of purchase.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated in this policy.
If an autograph guest cancels their appearance, tickets directly associated with that guest will be automatically refunded to the original form of payment after the event.
This includes applicable autograph, photo op and inscription tickets directly associated with the canceled guest.
No action is required on your part. Processing times may vary by financial institution.
Event dates, appearance dates, signing times, photo op times and locations are subject to change.
Athlete and guest schedules may occasionally change because of travel, weather, professional commitments or other circumstances. A change in an appearance time or schedule does not, by itself, qualify a ticket for a refund.
If something unexpected prevents you from attending, please contact Hall of Fame Signings as soon as possible.
While tickets cannot be refunded because a customer is unable to attend, when available we will do our best to accommodate you by converting eligible autograph tickets to our mail-order/drop-off service or allowing an alternate person to pick up your items or tickets at Will Call.
Accommodation options may depend on the event, guest and timing and cannot be guaranteed.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, advance event tickets are held under the purchaser's name at Will Call.
Tickets are not mailed or emailed prior to the event. Please use the same name when purchasing that you intend to use when checking in.
Admission, autograph tickets, photo op tickets, Early Entry and VIP Fast Passes may be separate products.
Purchasing an autograph, photo op, Early Entry or VIP product does not include other required tickets unless the product description specifically states that they are included.
Please review the individual product description before purchasing.
IMPORTANT
Tickets directly associated with the canceled guest are eligible for the cancellation refund process described above.
Changes to signing times, photo op times or the event schedule do not automatically qualify tickets for a refund.
