TICKET & REFUND POLICY

If an autograph guest cancels their appearance, an automatic refund, including any associated fees, will be issued to your original payment method within five (5) business days following the scheduled event.

This applies to autograph, photo op and inscription tickets directly associated with the canceled guest.

No action is required on your part. Processing and posting times may vary by financial institution.

Occasionally, appearance dates and times may change due to travel, weather, professional commitments or other circumstances.

Schedule adjustments do not qualify for refunds.

Please check the applicable event page as your event approaches for the most current schedule information.

If something unexpected prevents you from attending, please contact us as soon as possible.

While tickets cannot be refunded, we will do our best to accommodate you when possible by converting eligible autograph tickets to our mail order/drop-off service or allowing you to designate another person to pick up your order at Will Call.

Accommodations are subject to availability and the circumstances of the event.

Unless otherwise specifically stated or shipping was arranged at the time of purchase, all advance purchases are held for pickup at Will Call.

No physical admission, VIP Fast Pass, autograph or photo op tickets will be mailed or emailed prior to the event.

If you cannot make the event or someone else will be picking up your tickets, please contact Hall of Fame Signings before the event from the email address associated with your order and provide:

• Your order number(s)

• The full legal name of the person picking up your order

The designated person must present a valid photo ID matching the name provided and have the order number(s) available at Will Call.
